Your Diet Program will be one of the following:

The FastTrack Four Week Diet

This is a great diet for those wanting a simple diet with a high level of support from our weight loss experts.
Your first visit with our Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will be dedicated to going over your required lab work and evaluate your needs. You'll be given a meal tracking sheet, one week of shakes and your next appointment date. You and our staff will determine your appointments for the full four weeks. Each time you come in our staff will review your progress and give you guidance in attaining your weight loss goals. This program includes one week of shakes and unlimited consultations with the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner (subject to scheduling) for up to six months.

The Comprehensive Eight Week Diet

This diet is for those needing a longer, structured plan in achieving their weight loss goals.
The first part of this diet is the same as the Four Week Program but will involve more adjustments to your diet as the weeks progress. Your first visit with our Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will include going over your required lab work and evaluate your needs. You'll be given a meal tracking sheet and a schedule of when you will come in for your progress evaluation and consultation with our staff. This program includes four boxes of shakes to be used as suggested, one week of Super Diet Shots if suggested and eight weeks of medication if prescribed. As mentioned above, this program includes unlimited consultations with the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner (subject to scheduling) for up to six months.

Our OpenFormat Diet

This diet plan is for those who have been with us before and are continuing with their existing plan, want to restart a plan that worked for them before or have their own strategy in mind. While we find our structured programs work best, we also want to accommodate people who would like to have a diet program of their own design.
